Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard shipping charges apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

 RETURNS 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from herroyalhempress.com, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase. Please note that products must be at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund.  

Securely wrap the package and send your return along with the return form to the address below via Fed Ex, USPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Her Royal Hempress is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and herroyalhempress.com order number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.herroyalhempress.com. If you purchased a Her Royal Hempress item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed at herroyalhempress.com.

 ORDER STATUS 

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Upon receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation email. Standard processing time for all online orders is 3-5 business days. From time to time with spikes in volume, orders can take the full 5 business days to process.
